As such, organzations must make a financial commitment to implementing and improving Total Quality Management (TQM) techniques. Utilizing Feigenbaum's cost of quality techniques, Demings' approach to Total Quality Management and Six Sigma, it becomes clear the extent to which organizations must invest in both the monetary and lastingness aspects of improving their employee base.
